I've heard - so far - of 5 people who have tested positive for Covid in the last couple of days after Champs. So I hope that if any one has a concern, please start testing!

 Eastern Sierra Agility Group held their annual NADAC Agility trial in Mammoth Lakes, CA from August 19-21, 2022. On Sunday, the 21st, a small tornado swept through the show site, ripping canopies out of the ground and carrying them up to 50 feet in the air. One canopy flew 300 feet and over a 10 foot high fence. Tunnels, tables, hats, papers, clothes and all other sorts of items from the set-ups were sent flying. Amazingly, no dogs were running at the time and all dogs are fine. Only minor injuries were suffered by one person. 

When the winds finally subsided, this very small club ended up with 6 mangled and shredded canopies. Please help them replace these much-needed canopies for their future trials! What a wonderful trial this last Halloween weekend! Many thanks to Lindsey and her crew for everything you did to make it so much fun. Costume and crate decorating contests, a soup cook off (delicious!), worker raffle, photo opportunities and so much more. You all made it seem so easy! My personal thanks to Cathy and Sherry for taking all the videos of my dogs - I am so grateful! It has been a very long time since I have been to a trial where everyone was so welcoming and warm to a newcomer to the area! I just can't say enough about that! You all rock!

Is anyone planning a California State basket? I'll add to it but I can't organize it.
